Wouldn't you want to be scouted so everybody can see them in the Art Portal?
If the answer is "yes" (it just CAN'T be other way...), browse your uploaded pictures again, click the red "edit" link next to your piece's title and make sure you have at least four of your art pieces with the option "Yes, this is not a sketch, show it in the Art Portal" checked (It is unchecked by default.).
In no time, you'll start to receieve PM's in your "Inbox" of artists who want to scout you. Pick a reliable one and you're good to go!
